Lubricators These lubricators are used for lubricating the compressed air for pneumatic components. Standard Festo components don't require lubrication.
On/off valves and soft-start valves Festo offers on/off valves for switching on and exhausting compressed air systems. They also offer soft-start valves for gradual pressure build-up at startup for compressed air systems.
Air dryers This is an adsorption dryer with a specific flow rate dependent pressure dew point and membrane air dryer with a higher flow-rate-dependent pressure dew point.
Air gap sensors The control module provides a compressed air preparation that is adapted to the supply pressure of the sensor module, as well as the functionality for switching. Features include a control module (optional), sensor module (max. 4 modules permitted in combination with control module), plug for electrical connection and fastening slides.
Accessories Festo offers an extensive range of accessories for sensors in every application. Accessories include connecting cable NEBU, sensor socket for customer-specific cable assembly, mounting component for proximity switch, etc.
Service units Depending on the application, a service unit consists of a pressure regulator, various filters, a branching module and pressurisation and exhaust valves. At Festo, different combinations are available from stock. In addition, service units can be configured individually in the MS modular system.
Opto-electrical sensors Opto-electrical sensors generate light (transmitter) and evaluate the reflected light in the receiver. These sensors detect objects and their characteristics, e.g. light interruption or a change in light intensity.
Signal converters The signal converter converts analogue signals into digital switching signals. A connection to the higher-level system is established via switching outputs or an IO-Link® interface. The switching outputs can be configured to monitor a threshold value, signal range or signal change.
Electromechanical switches Electric limit switches are used for signalling in end positions or intermediate positions. Depending on their connection, they can be used as normally open, normally closed or changeover contacts.
Pressure and vacuum sensors Festo pressure and vacuum sensors are designed for sensing all pressure values: programmable or as a modular product.
